Corporate Event and Presentation Space in Madrid

A 300 m² open-plan stage in Leganés, twenty-five minutes from the centre of Madrid and outside the low-emission zone. No columns, eight metres of clear height and loading right at the set, for product presentations, small conventions, recorded training and company days that need more than a hotel function room.

A space you build the way you need it

The stage arrives empty. That lets you build a stage with a seated audience, a two-camera recording set, a networking area and a photo wall, or all three at once. The two cycloramas —one white and one black— work as a continuous background for the stage or for team photos, and the motorised truss lets you hang screens, signage and lights with no building work and no scaffolding.

The technical side is already inside

You do not need a separate supplier for the basics: there is continuous and flash lighting, power sockets spread across the whole stage, wifi, a dressing room with a mirror and its own bathroom, a kitchen area for the catering and a closed office for the production team or as a waiting room for the speakers. If the event is recorded or broadcast, the same space works as a streaming and live broadcast stage.

Frequently asked questions

How many people fit? With chairs in theatre layout, between 120 and 150 people comfortably. Standing, cocktail style, around 200. It depends on the build, so we work it out with you before you book.

Can we set up the day before? Yes. Set-up and strike are booked as stage hours, at the same rate. If the event is in the morning, the usual thing is to keep the afternoon before booked.

Do you provide the catering and the furniture? The space includes a kitchen area and bathrooms; the catering and the furniture come from the company or its usual supplier. If you need trusted contacts in Madrid, we will pass them on.

Can we broadcast the event live? Yes. The stage is set up for multicamera and live, with room for the gallery and a stable connection. Tell us the format and we will tell you what it takes.
