Included in your booking

What stage hire includes

300 m²

An open-plan stage with up to 8 m of clear height and two cycloramas: an 8×7.5 m white one and a separate 6×5 m black one.

Dressing room and office

Dressing room with bathroom, production area, Wi-Fi and climate control throughout the building. Everything ready to work in comfort.

Access and parking

A ~3.7 m gate for vehicle entry, 3 parking spaces included and 15 min from the centre, outside the low-emission zone.

How our rates work

How much does it cost to hire a stage in Madrid?

At The Black Cactus Studios, hiring the stage with one cyclorama starts at€50/hour (excl. VAT)during standard hours. You pay by the hour, so you match the cost exactly to the length of your shoot or session.

Is there a minimum number of hours?

Yes. The minimum booking is3 hours: we do not take bookings of less than 3 hours. Beyond that you adjust the hours to whatever your shoot needs.

What does the second cyclorama cost?

Usingboth cycloramas(white and black) has a rate of€85/hourduring standard hours. Ideal if you need to switch backdrops without striking your set.

Can there be additional charges?

The rate covers normal use of the space. Extra costs would only apply forcleaningif it is left especially dirty, or forelectricity consumptionif it is far above usual. In that case we always tell you in advance.

What about lighting and technical equipment?

We have our own catalogue of lighting and gear, quoted separately according to what you need. Tell us about your project and we'll prepare a fixed quote.

Before you book

Terms of use and safety

Read them carefully: that way you know exactly how we work and what your booking includes. Accepting the quote also means accepting these terms.

01 · Booking and payment

  • Accepting the quote and the terms is equivalent to a contract and entails payment in full for the booking.
  • To block your date we need proof of the50%by email; until then the date remains available.
  • Theremaining 50%is paid before the shoot, by bank transfer or in cash.
  • Once the date is blocked the booking cannot be cancelled; additional services can, with sufficient notice.

02 · Use of the space

  • When you finish, leave the studio ready for the next client: remove sets and props.
  • Cleaning and electricity:the rate covers normal use; if it is left very dirty or electricity consumption is very high, it is charged separately (always letting you know beforehand).
  • We are not responsible for items left behind in the studio.
  • Themotorised trussis always operated by our technician, never by the client.

03 · Liability and insurance

  • The client is liable for damage caused by them, their subcontractors or third parties, through misuse or malicious acts.
  • We are not liable for unforeseen events caused by force majeure.
  • Optional insurance:we offer one for clients (ask for a quote). Without insurance, the client is liable for all damage.
