WHITE CYCLORAMA
Infinity backdrop, no seams
A continuous curve from floor to wall that removes corners and horizon: clean, floating white straight out of camera.

8 × 7.5 m of continuous curve for an infinite white, with no shadows and no corners.
What is worth knowing before you book
We answer the questions we get on the phone every week: how much space you really need, how the infinite white is achieved and what can be shot here.
What a cyclorama is and why it is not a paper backdrop
A cyclorama is a continuous built curve that joins the floor to the wall with no corner and no join. On camera the horizon line disappears and the background reads as infinite space.
A paper backdrop or a cloth only mimic the effect in tight shots: as soon as the floor comes in, the creases, the join and the edge of the roll show up. With a built cyclorama you can shoot full shots, with camera movement and with the talent stepping on the background, with no retouching afterwards.
Ours measures 8 × 7.5 m of continuous curve with 8 m of clear height.
How much space you need depending on the shot
This is the most common question. As a practical reference:
- Product and packshot: 3–4 m of background is plenty, and there is still room for bounces and a table.
- Portrait and fashion, medium shot: around 5 m, to separate the subject from the background so the light does not spill onto it.
- Full shot and groups: from 6 m, which is when the 7.5 m of depth pay off.
- Car or motorbike: the 8 m width lets you fit the whole vehicle with room to light the sides.
If you are not sure, send us the storyboard or a reference and we will tell you whether it fits.
How the infinite white is achieved
The trick is not painting more white: it is separating the background light from the subject light. The background is lit on its own until it is slightly overexposed relative to the subject, and that is how the white reads clean, with no contact shadow on the floor.
That takes height and distance, which is exactly what this stage gives you: a motorised 6 × 6 m truss with 1,200 kg of load over the cyclorama. There is no structure to build and no light stands to fight with inside the frame.
Maintenance and repainting
A cyclorama is a living surface: it gets walked on, equipment gets dragged across it and it marks. Ours is checked and repainted regularly so that you arrive to an even white, not a white with a history.
If your shoot needs the background flawless for a packshot or a very tight product shot, tell us when you book and we will prepare it specifically for your date.
What gets shot on the white cyclorama
It is the most versatile backdrop in the stage and the most booked. These are the most common uses, each with its own page:
If you need a dark background or chroma, we have a second independent cyclorama.
Where we are and how to book
The stage is in Leganés, about 25 minutes from the centre of Madrid and outside the low-emission zone: you can drive in with the production vehicle, with a truck or with the car you are going to shoot, with no restrictions and no permits.
There are 300 m² in total, with the two cycloramas, a dressing room with shower and a multi-purpose office included in the space.
Every booking is quoted to measure, with a minimum of 3 hours. You will find the details on the rates page or check availability directly.
