How to get to the studio
Calle del Agua 10B, 28918 Leganés (Madrid). We are on the San José de Valderas industrial estate, outside the Low Emission Zone, with drive-in access right into the stage and our own parking. For a shoot crew arriving fully loaded, that’s worth more than being in the city centre.
By car or van, which is how people come to shoot
From Puerta del Sol it’s 16.8 km via the M-40, between twenty and thirty minutes depending on traffic. From the south of Madrid —Carabanchel, Usera, Villaverde— and from Getafe, Alcorcón, Móstoles or Fuenlabrada it’s considerably less. The natural approaches are the A-42 and the M-40.
What matters isn’t the journey time, it’s what happens when you arrive: there is no ZBE, so no production vehicle is left outside because of its emissions sticker; there’s no paid street parking or meters, because it’s an industrial estate; and you don’t need a street-occupation permit to unload, because you unload inside. If you’re comparing stages across Madrid, here’s everything about our stage hire in Madrid.
Access, loading and unloading
- 3.10 × 3.70 m vehicle entrance with motorised door: the vehicle drives right up to the shooting area.
- Continuous floor, with no steps between the door and the set.
- Three dedicated parking spaces , plus a loading and unloading area in the yard.
- Direct talent access to the dressing room from the car park, without crossing the stage.
Full details of dimensions and power are in the technical specs.
By public transport
It’s possible, but it’s worth knowing what to expect: it’s an industrial estate and there’s no metro at the door. From Leganés Central, which has Metro line 12 and Cercanías C-5 commuter trains, it’s about thirty-five minutes including a local bus. If part of your crew is coming without a car, let us know when you book and we’ll factor it into the day’s plan.
Before you come
Confirm your arrival time when you book, because the booking starts from the moment you enter the stage. If you’re bringing a large vehicle, let us know so we keep the door and the yard clear. And if it’s your first time, plan how the day will run in advance: set-up, shooting and wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Where exactly is the studio?
At Calle del Agua 10B, 28918 Leganés (Madrid), on the San José de Valderas industrial estate. It’s 16.8 km from Puerta del Sol via the M-40, about 20 to 30 minutes by car depending on traffic.
Do I need to pay for the ZBE or carry an emissions sticker?
No. Leganés is outside Madrid’s Low Emission Zone, so production vehicles come in without restrictions, without an environmental sticker and without traffic permits.
Where do I park?
There are three dedicated spaces inside the premises and a loading and unloading area in the yard. Because it’s an industrial estate, the street has no paid parking zone or meters, so the rest of the crew can park nearby for free.
Can I drive the van into the stage?
Yes. The vehicle entrance is 3.10 m wide by 3.70 m high and has a motorised door. The vehicle drives right up to the shooting area and unloads inside, without carrying gear along the street.
Can you get there by public transport?
You can, but it’s an industrial estate and a car works much better. From Leganés Central (Metro line 12 and Cercanías C-5) it’s about 35 minutes including a bus. If your crew is coming by public transport, let us know and we’ll take it into account when planning the day.
Shall we meet at the stage?
No ZBE, with parking and the car inside the set
